Mad Contrabender

Mad Contrabender consists of Michiel Thole (25) and Frank Louw (29). We are born in the Netherlands and currently live in Emmen. Michiel has always been active with electronical music and is currently working as an IT-specialist. Frank has been active in both the dutch and German scene for about 5 years. He works as a child Psychologist.

"We already know eachother for about 4 years and Since about a year or two we are seriously working on improving our sounds and skills. THis is the time that 'Mad Contabender' came to be.

 

Our personal musical interests lie in the electronic Psy and Progressive styles. We used to listen to stuff like Orchestral Manouvres in the Dark, Jean Michelle Jarre, FSOL, Art of Noise, Kraftwerk, and any old acid house.

 

We use both Soft- and Hardware to create our music. We get inspired by practicly anything like the simple things of life. We worked hard to get where we are now, and hope to go even further. "
